B.A (Hons) - CREATIVE MUSIC TECHNOLOGY

Creative Music Technology at Bath Spa University fuses production, composition, sound design, critical listening, and the creative exploration of audio technologies alongside a wider view of digital media through three core areas:

Cutting edge urban and commercial music creation and production.
Experimental music, the sonic arts and ‘visual music’.
Sound design, music and audio production for the AV sector such as gaming, broadcast and audio-post.
The course seeks to extend your individual creative voice as well as your technical confidence and knowledge, developing a wide range of skills required by the creative industries.

Our Creative Music Technology degree gives you the opportunity to work and learn with students who share your commitment to music technology. You’ll explore and harness personal creative outcomes, while developing innovative approaches to your work.

PSW Opportunity

  • 2 Years PSW is applicable after the course completing (Bachelors level or above).

 

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

FOR INDIA

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (standard XII) from the following boards CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB, with 65%, including grade C in at least five subjects.

  • Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Intermediate Certificate plus a recognised foundation year.
